To Evaluate the Outcome of Epididymal Cystectomy at Liaquat Medical College Hospital Jamshoro Pakistan

Introduction: Epididymal cystectomy is the procedure in which removal of cyst attached to epididymis done. The contains cleat/straw colored fluid. It excised because its increasing size causing discomfort or pain patient.
 Methodology: A Cross sectional observational study was conducted at Surgical Unit 1, Department Surgery LMC Hospital Jamshoro from January 2020 2021. All patients were admitted through OPD (SOPD) with cystic swellings scrotum. History and clinical examination inguino-scrotal region Transillimination test also Ultrasound obtained confirm diagnosis, number cysts, sizes site cyst. Hydrocele, spermatocele testicular malignancies ruled out investigations. planned after getting cardiac anesthesia fitness. surgery Patients shifted ward assessed for 3 5 days. Patient called follow up 6 months. Results analyzed using statistical package social sciences (SPSS) version 23.
 Results: Total included our are 49.32 (65%) had solitary 17 (35%) multiple cysts. 30 (61.2%) left sided epididymal cysts 19 (38.7%) right Hematoma developed by 6.1%, chronic 12.2%, infection 8.1%, scrotal edema 10.2% recurrence 6.1% patients.
 Conclusion: better outcome least complications rate.
